I would have awarded more than 5 stars but that was not an option. I found out early Friday morning that my garage door would not open. I could not get it up even after releasing the controller because the door was so heavy. Before calling Precision Door I called two other companies. Both of them advised that Monday was the earliest they could come. I then called Precision and they scheduled a time between noon and two on that day. I received a call from Brandon before noon telling me he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He ldentified the problem immediately and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door

He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my garage doors quickly and easily. Based on my experience, I recommend Precision 100%!
