When I was leaving for work on a Saturday morning, most of a side of my garage door slipped off the rail. It was stuck half way open. I couldn't get it back on so I left for work and called Precision. I chose Precision because I had work done by them a little more than a year before and was satisfied. Since it was the weekend, I didn't think I would get anyone until Monday, but surprisingly, they got me in for Sunday morning. Mathew arrived on schedule and replaced some worn parts and put things back together. He even tightened up the door lock for me. I did later notice after the work was done that the door was sticking as I closed it and closing it wasn't as easy as it should be. I called Precision and they scheduled as soon as it was convenient for me. It happened to be Sunday again. The opened appointment was for the afternoon, but Mathew called me in the morning because he was ahead of schedule. I appreciated that because I wouldn't be stuck at home waiting through the afternoon. Matthew was able to correct the problem quickly. He answered questions I had and pointed out a couple of issues with my garage and door to keep an eye on. Everything's working well now and I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

We are very impressed with the service. We called to see what repairs were needed for our garage door opener. Precision provided us with several options and they were able to do the work the same day. Matt was great and went over all the work he had done and how the new opener works. He also looked the rollers and spring and made the repairs for us.

Had Jake R from Precision come out to fix a snapped left side torsion cable. Came out on time and Jake was kind and considerate. Replaced both left and right side cables and made some adjustments to the motor. Price was fair and was done within a hour of arriving.

Phone call to Precision; Person was pleasant, efficient, easily understood & gave me ETA of Technician & said he might be earlier. The Technician called, identified himself. For springs replacement & a few other minor repairs/tweaking for approximately 2 hours the price was outrageous! Never again. They saw an elderly woman & you know what happens next. Taken to the bank for $1539. I probably could’ve gotten a brand new garage door for what they charged me!

Cable came off door. Called on a Saturday @ 8:30 AM. Colin H arrived by 9:45 am. Thorough inspection, repaired & explained in 20 minutes. (PS don't manually raise door too high when power out- causes spring to unwind). Found $15 coupon on website too!. Great service, kept informed. Very professional. Precision installed this door 8 years ago with no problems except for my error. Great to work with a long time, dependable company.
