The service on my garage door and opener today by your tech Billy James was very satisfactory in every way. Billy took the time to show me the problems that needed to be corrected and the various options I had. Billy did all the work in a fast and efficient manner and I feel like the door is operating just like new, quietly and with a warranty that will probably last my lifetime and beyond. From showing up when they said they would, explaining what work was needed and why, and finally doing a professional job, these two gentlemen are a "5". This home is 75 years old and required some extra TLC to make sure everything was lined up and would work properly. They did it all. I'm very pleased.

Our 13 year old garage door had the main spring break. The technician was very knowledgeable and suggested better options to obvious needs on our garage door. The bottom seal on the garage door was corroded and although this is not what the initial visit was for however he knew what to do, had the items for repairs, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. The technician was quick, clean, precise, and a respectable person. Thank you for a well trained and well prepared employee.
