Cameron was sent out to provide an evaluation of my current system and a quote on any work suggested. He was on time and very professional. He listened to my concerns and reasons for my call into Precision, esp since nothing was “broken” or not working. I recently purchased my new home and because I was a customer in Sarasota, I automatically called them to offer me solutions to my poor, rickety, too-small-of-a-motor garage door opener. After inspection I needed a heavy duty motor, belt system and new cables, bearings, etc. He presented all my options which left room for monetary decisions and was ready and able to complete the job right away. He did a fantastic job; he was courteous, professional, clean, careful and conscientious. He cares about the work he does and it showed. He walked me through everything he did when finished, explained the system, ran multiple tests, programmed all clickers, key pad and car. Explained the warranties, yearly maintenance suggestions and how to register my new system. Request Cameron if you can, you will not be disappointed!
