We had Chad from Precision Garage Door come out to do a routine maintenance on our garage doors. Chad notified us before arrival which was appreciated. Chad was very thorough inspecting our doors. He did find some issues which he addressed with us.. He took his time explaining options available to us. He went out of his way to make sure our doors were safe and operational. Chad was very communicative and friendly. We intend to ask for Chad as our technician whenever we use Precision Garage Doors.
