He was professional, on time for the appointment, and did not try to oversell on products we didn’t need. I highly recommend them.

After 2nd estimate with a guy that didn't seem to really know what he was doing and couldn't get back to do repair for a few days my awesome wife called Precision and they sent us Kaleb (hopefully i spelled that right) 😀. He diagnosed what we already knew but he told/showed us exactly what and why the old system failed and how he was going to replace the old one with what should've been there from the beginning of building. (Damn builders cut corners and use cheap $hi+) He did the repairs the same day so we weren't inconvenienced waiting for repair and had our new system up.and running in hours and for less than the other 2 we would've had to wait for!
