Absolutely awesome. They came out the same day I called and had it fixed within the hour! The technician was courteous and very professional. He was even able to come out earlier than scheduled and called to see if that was ok. He also gave me tips and showed me how to oil it because I had no clue. Great customer service!
My garage door just happened to stop working a couple of days before my neighbor had your company coming out to check HIS door. The salesman who went to his house came over to mine, checked out what he determined I needed within 5 minutes. I called and set up the appointment for a technician to come out the following day. The technician (Tim) called when he was on his way and showed up about 10 minutes later. He went in and assessed the issue and gave me the options and costs to fix the issues. About 90 minutes later, everything was fixed and he added a keypad outside the door to use! Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, as were all the people involved, from the woman who took my phone call, to the salesman, to the technician (Tim). Everything came out great! And the door is so much more quiet now, it's amazing!! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage repairs/replacements!!
