Made the appointment at 7am online, Tim was there right at the appointment time at 10am, accessed our issue, did not try to upsell me and was great to work with. Fixed it within a few hours, had all the parts and was great to work with. Would call them back any day if issues arise again.

We had an excellent experience with Noah when he came to service our garage door. He was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. From the first moment we spoke with him, he was courteous, responsive, and ensured that we understood and did not have any further questions before leaving. An amazing service ( in the end) very timely, very quick and very efficient. And fitted the time frame I had as I was packing to go overseas to work when the door stopped working . I've given them 5 stars even with the BUT ! Check the quote and check it again.. I was given a verbal quote of $350 and I said Yeap go ahead. The tech took all of about 40 mins to replace the springs and then handed me a bill for $720 ! Saying he had said that the quote was "per spring" . I'd checked cost of springs at several other retail outlets and seen them to be between $80-120 and pairs for around $180 and normally would have done the change myself so the $170 for the labour ( 40 mins at home and a 25min drive from his last job) sounded fair... anyway once questioned and I told him to then replace the unbroken spring all of a sudden the final invoice was handed over with a $350 credit note line and I ended up just paying the $350 originally quoted ! All I can say is be careful ! The service and spring quality is worth the $350 all day BUT the $720 is day light robbery!
