I called @ 9:00am to see if a same day appointment was available and they had one between 10:00 - 2:00 on a Friday. Chad called and said he was shred of schedule and he arrived shortly after 9:30. All I needed was a faltered remote synced to my opener. It had just stopped and wouldn’t sync for me using the procedure. It was a known issue from Genie, the remote was operable and I was all set within the hour! Chad was professional, courteous and friendly! I have had nothing but great service from Precision!!

Had my garage door tuned up today. Chad was my tech and was amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and would request Chad for my next visit. He’s a huge asset to his company!

I called at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. Customer service to schedule was great, no wait time and polite. Communication was also very good via text and being called by tech when they were en route. A tech was at my house within the hour, assessed the issue and once determining a plan of action with approval from my husband, he then completed the job pretty quickly. Chad was our tech and was professional, knowledgeable and seemed to be an honest person with his assessment. It was a very costly repair but he presented all of the options and we were able to select the work to be done based on our budget. I did feel the costs were overpriced. Unfortunately, we find that a lot in our area with home service providers. However, I just did not have the time to get a bunch of quotes due to other pressing matters and I needed it fixed immediately so in all fairness, it could be in line with other companies. I’m not really sure. Regardless, I would recommend this company for their fast response time, communication and knowledgeable employees.
