I called at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. Customer service to schedule was great, no wait time and polite. Communication was also very good via text and being called by tech when they were en route. A tech was at my house within the hour, assessed the issue and once determining a plan of action with approval from my husband, he then completed the job pretty quickly. Chad was our tech and was professional, knowledgeable and seemed to be an honest person with his assessment. It was a very costly repair but he presented all of the options and we were able to select the work to be done based on our budget. I did feel the costs were overpriced. Unfortunately, we find that a lot in our area with home service providers. However, I just did not have the time to get a bunch of quotes due to other pressing matters and I needed it fixed immediately so in all fairness, it could be in line with other companies. I’m not really sure. Regardless, I would recommend this company for their fast response time, communication and knowledgeable employees.

Riley and Drew were absolutely amazing, we were in desperate need of a new garage door opener and they not only delivered but it has all the things we needed and then some! They also fixed the dreaded seal on our garage door that i failed at DIYing, and the price was lower than expected. I recommend this company for anyone.
