Noah was fantastic. We had a Friday, late-afternoon call to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after our garage door broke. Noah was out to our home within an hour. He was professional, courteous, and communicative. He did an excellent job repairing the door, and I think it operates better now than it did before it broke.

Great service! The technician arrived early in the morning, quickly assessed our garage door, and clearly explained the repairs and maintenance that were needed. We decided to replace all of the worn-out parts, and he had everything on hand to complete the job right away. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Our garage door now operates smoothly and almost silently. We are extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

After 2nd estimate with a guy that didn't seem to really know what he was doing and couldn't get back to do repair for a few days my awesome wife called Precision and they sent us Kaleb (hopefully i spelled that right) 😀. He diagnosed what we already knew but he told/showed us exactly what and why the old system failed and how he was going to replace the old one with what should've been there from the beginning of building. (Damn builders cut corners and use cheap $hi+) He did the repairs the same day so we weren't inconvenienced waiting for repair and had our new system up.and running in hours and for less than the other 2 we would've had to wait for! Highly recommend this company for your next garage door opener or overhead door repairs! Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you Precision and thanks Kaleb👏👍
