Riley was great. He has helped us a couple time and has always been solid. Went over the options with us and did a great job of explaining everything. Work was done quickly. He’s a Great technician. I highly recommend!

Techician Tobias, (T. C.) was assigned to us by Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville when our garage door started to collapse on January 22, 2026, and he was God sent in the time of our crisis. It happened late in the evening and we knew we had to secure the door somehow for the night. Tobias came in a very timely manner and was able to restore the garage door to it's original state. It was in a severe state and he worked diligently to make sure it was secure, safe and functional for us. This young man is "Awesome". He is knowledgeable, professional, and possess excellent Customer Service Skills. He is most attentive to the safety needs of his customers. Upon diagnosis he carefully explained the problem and what was needed to complete the repair. Thereafter, he provided us with the cost which we were in agreement with. We are very happy with the high quality timely services that we received. After the Safety Inspection Tobias provided us with information that we can definitely move forward with beyond this repair to insure proper maintenancece and safety in the future. Our garage door was giving us problems so I called Precision this morning about 11:00. Hayden was here by 3:45, efficiently replaced our opener and out the door by 5:45! Hayden was courteous and explained the new opener to me. Thank you Hayden for a job well done.
