We are very happy that we chose Precision Garage Doors. Our tension spring broke yesterday and it was repaired the following day. From the initial phone call to make an appointment right to the completion of the repair, both the receptionist and Mark the repairman were polite, professional and courteous. Mark explained the whole process of the repair needed and gave us two options. Of course the 2nd option was the more expensive route but after hearing what he had to say and all his experience and knowledge of fixing garage doors it made sense. The repair was not cheap but Mark made us feel confident that we made the right decision.
