I had Precision come out to fix my garage door which kept reversing up and down. The door was a new install a few months ago from another company. I did not want to call that company because they wanted me to sign a service agreement at the time of installation. That company also charged me a permit fee and never applied for the permit. When I found out what Precision would have charged me for the same garage door, well let’s just say I could have paid my property taxes with the extra money I paid the other company. The Precision technician was honest and very knowledgeable and fixed my problem along with some other things that should have been done. The price was very reasonable. If you need a new install, I would definitely recommend this company. If you need service, I would definitely recommend this company. Don’t get scammed like I did. This company is reputable has integrity is very knowledgeable and has very fair prices. No upselling.

The technician was very efficient and helpful. However, I did feel the price was a little high for the work completed. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors many times for my rental properties and was happy with their price. However, this time they seemed a little costly for the work done.

Our spring went out on Sunday afternoon - we had an online appointment set in less than 10 minutes - and by early Monday morning the door was operational again.
