We had a power outage at our house and who would have known it would create garage door havoc? Shane Ince, our Precision Garage Door Service guy did! He came to the house and helped me appreciate why our garage door stopped being able to close and since they replaced the garage door open system a few months back. He was able to reset the system, he explained everything, made sure the garage door was fully functional and properly reset, checked the other two bays as a courtesy and was spectacular in his work. I can only give him a 5 Star review, but I want his company and the people in charge to know he is a great employee, services his customer properly, didn't do anything that would create a cost to us, and deserves a 10 Star review. Please place this review in his employee file and when he is up for review, give him a proper raise. He works for it, represents your company very well and should be acknowledged for his work ethic. I called at 10 o’clock in the morning and the technician Mike arrived at noon. He quickly analyzed my situation and started the repair work. He gave advice on the condition of my door and all of the operating pieces he completed the repair and a very reasonable price. Mike was cordial, friendly professional, and a pleasure to work with after a very unpleasant experience with a different garage door company the day before I was very, very pleased to work with Mike and precision.
