I had an excellent experience today with technician Joseph. He communicated with me prior to his arrival to fix/replace broken springs on my overhead garage door. Joseph was knowledgeable, personable, polite and courteous and he got the job done right and quickly. He answered all of my questions while performing the service which included adjusting the garage door opener to work properly with the new springs. The next-day service appointment was also a pleasant surprise since I was stuck at home, unable to open the garage door after the spring broke. We called someone else before, and the guy had no clue but was willing to charge $300 and spent an hour. We were charged a service fee and took 5 minutes to fix everything. Wonderful service.
