We are regular customers, and appreciate Mike’s integrity, Honesty and professionalism. Was efficient in replacing the rollers on the door. And cleaned up afterwards. We will continue to use your company and recommend to our friends and neighbors.

I’m actually leaving a review for my neighbor who raved abt her experience with ur company today. They arrived promptly, were extremely polite and knowledgeable and when she told me how little they charged I was truly shocked. They were unable to fix her issue initially because it was an electrical problem and there was no charge for that. Yes, really. After the electrician had taken care of his end they returned and promptly solved the problem, taking the time to explain to her what she mite do first if it ever happened again. I was impressed and asked for their number. Maybe it seems weird to be leaving a review for service I didn’t receive but I’m a big believer in giving credit when it’s due.

Precision's technician arrived on time, he was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issue within minutes and was able to have it running smoothly within the hour. In fact he was so good I had him do some further work replacing some worn parts. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service of Sarasota.
