I had Precision come out to fix my garage door which kept reversing up and down. The door was a new install a few months ago from another company. I did not want to call that company because they wanted me to sign a service agreement at the time of installation. That company also charged me a permit fee and never applied for the permit. When I found out what Precision would have charged me for the same garage door, well let’s just say I could have paid my property taxes with the extra money I paid the other company. The Precision technician was honest and very knowledgeable and fixed my problem along with some other things that should have been done. The price was very reasonable. If you need a new install, I would definitely recommend this company. If you need service, I would definitely recommend this company. Don’t get scammed like I did. This company is reputable has integrity is very knowledgeable and has very fair prices. No upselling.

Called Precision and scheduled an appointment to fix a noisy single car six panel garage door after a different company recommended by my condo left my garage door noisier than it had been!! Precision sent John R. and his helper Ryan, two friendly, smart, articulate, young professionals who know garage doors. John, a very experienced employee, studied the noise, diagnosed and explained the causes, and recommended repairs with an estimate before starting any work. After replacing the door pad, straightening a rail post, replacing the 22 year old rollers, making other minor adjustments, the noise was demonstrably quieter and just got better after a couple days use.
