Very professional and efficient. We felt very comfortable dealing with Precision knowing they are a reputable company. They called us back when they said they would and arrived when they were scheduled. DJ did a great job installing a new garage door.

This is a really professional and excellent company. I needed much work done on my garage door, predominantly new springs, cables, and rollers, and right away. The slotted me in for the day after I called them, texted me several times when the tech would come out, and said tech was right on time. He (Doug) completed everything relatively quickly, and was very professional and friendly. All my questions were taken seriously and answered. Very straightforward and easy process from the jump I called over the weekend right before a holiday and the operator that I spoke to scheduled my appointment for the upcoming business day I received a call first thing in the morning to confirm the driver would show up in 30 minutes which he did, Mark was great. He explained and showed me exactly what the problem with my garage door was we went over cost and repairs and got the job done in a timely fashion. Will call them in future if needed.
