Same day service, door functioning better than before. Would have been nice if the tech helped me reprogram my car remote without buying a new one.

Made short work of installing a new garage, clean up their mess and took care of discarding the old door. Door works nicely. I feel I got a great door for a fair price!

I had an issue with both my outdoor keypad and my indoor control. Joseph Baker was the service technician sent to do the repairs. He informed me about the charges for the replacement of the controllers. I asked about also servicing the door opener motor and rail, etc. as it sounded like it was struggling. He told me that I could upgrade the door opener unit which included the two control pads as well. I am extremely pleased with his suggestion and the speed with which the new unit and parts were installed. I now have a wifi enabled remote control of my garage door as well as a security camera as part of the unit. Joseph is an excellent technician.

Called Precision and spoke with Anthony who was courteous and friendly. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The day of my service for maintenance to my 2-car garage door, which is 10 years old, Joe called prior to my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was going to do and listened to my concerns. Joe also did a safety check.. I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received.

I called them on Sunday night and they was here on the first business hour and he was very nice and fix it for me. I so recommend them because in 22 years in this house, we only had them. The guy that came in today, was fantastic!
