Appointment was easy to schedule and didn't have to wait long for the service. Technician was on time took care of my problem and then some. Very happy with the overall service and experience. Highly recommend them.

Joseph did an amazing job. He was able to fix my spring problem in no time at all. He was very professional and courteous. He had to deal with numerous problems my builder left me with on the original installation. My house is only 3 years old and one of the spring already failed, which were the wrong springs from the beginning. He installed springs that will probably last me as long as I own my house. My garage door has never opened and closed as well as it does now. We also discussed other options I was wanting and he is coming back in 3 days to install the new opener I wanted with a battery backup. If I could give him more stars than 5, I would. Precision will be my garage door company from now on.

Fantastic job was completed by technician, Joe Baker. Joe was courteous, knowledgeable and a true professional. He was thorough and and explained all of the options available. Could not have been happier with the workmanship.

We are regular customers, and appreciate Mike’s integrity, Honesty and professionalism. Was efficient in replacing the rollers on the door. And cleaned up afterwards.
