Our garage door would not go down. I called Precision and they came out the same day. Their technician, Oryan quickly assessed the situation and gave me an estimate on the repair. He was polite, efficient and very capable. He had our door purring in no time. The cost was reasonable and the work was performed expertly on the same day I called. Can’t recommend Precision highly enough! They’re great!!

We had a power outage at our house and who would have known it would create garage door havoc? Shane Ince, our Precision Garage Door Service guy did! He came to the house and helped me appreciate why our garage door stopped being able to close and since they replaced the garage door open system a few months back. He was able to reset the system, he explained everything, made sure the garage door was fully functional and properly reset, checked the other two bays as a courtesy and was spectacular in his work. I can only give him a 5 Star review, but I want his company and the people in charge to know he is a great employee, services his customer properly, didn't do anything that would create a cost to us, and deserves a 10 Star review. Please place this review in his employee file and when he is up for review, give him a proper raise. He works for it, represents your company very well and should be acknowledged for his work ethic. communicating with their office and setting up, the appointment was streaming and working with Brian. The technician who came to the house, was very personable and informative on what he had to accomplish to solve the problem.
