Garage door repair. After 20 years of functioning on a daily basis my garage door put me down. I called Precision and made an appolntment. Daniel, the technician whom arrived on site assessed the problem which was extensive in nature(worn out parts,rusted parts, and damaged parts).Daniel presented me with 3 chioces regarding repair(replacing what needed to be replaced and salvaging those parts still functioning ,replacing somel major parts, and replacing all major parts. After i chose he completed the work in a timely fashion and explained what he did.

My reason for the two stars is totally based on poor customer service and not the installer. I purchased a door on August 8th, 2018 after not hearing back I called on Sept 10th, 2018 to check on the install date, left a message a lady called back to tell me they will call me when they are ready. I called again on October 2nd at 10.00am left message. October 3rd called again left message. They called on October 8th to say that they will install on the 15th If you are prepared to suffer poor customer service and wait 2 months then this is the company for you. The only bright spot is the installer he seemed shocked at the customer service experience so maybe this is a one of, however, it is my only experience. Wished I had shopped around more...Customer service really sucks.

Chose Precision because they could help me the day I called. My technician, Mike, went above and beyond to locate the part needed - found it and rendezvoused with another technician in another town to pick it up and installed it an hour later yet could have easily picked up the part at the end of the day and rescheduled installation for another day. Problem solved that day and I appreciate his extra efforts to accomplish that. Garage door works perfectly now, by the way.
