Tyler Wakefield was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my garage door within a few minutes. He completed an inspection report and explained everything in detail with me before he started the repair. Tyler replaced my cables, realigned the garage door and fixed spacing issues on the mounting hardware. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Tyler with Precision Door in the future.

Precision came out to replace the keypad on my mother’s automatic garage door. After the serviceman left, she realized that the light was not working in coordination with the door. She called and someone came out to fix this issue for a charge of $85. If the rep had checked to see that the door was functioning properly, he would have seen that the light was not working and this charge wouldn’t have been necessary. In addition, the first rep didn’t explain how to work the new keypad.

Had issues with both my garage doors. One door does not close well. The other was bent at the bottom of the door & the threshold was out. It was also making a lot of noise during the opening/closing. Tyler arrived promptly on time. He did a quick assessment of the garage door. Within seconds, he fixed the sensor misalignment of one door. He gave me a quick quote on the other door. He also offered to replace the springs to reduce the annoying sounds of the doors. He had all the parts needed in his van. He did not at anytime upsell any of his services. As promised, within 1 hour, he had finished everything. Both the doors were fixed. The annoying loud door sounds while operating was also gone. I had him also add a key pad outside the garage.
