We have been using Precision for over 16 years and have always had wonderful service from all of their technicians. Michael came out quickly when we started having problems and was able to do a tune up for us. Lana came out later and replaced the motor and sealed the bottom of the door as well. Always consistently excellent service.

Jeff was professional and on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained why the other company had given me inadequate springs. After jeff was done, fixing the problem.The garage door is smoother, not as loud and is definitely working beautifully. The thing that I liked most about jeff was that he did not try.And push an expensive option at me but gave me my choices and let me decide for myself.

I had Mr. Martin Owens to provide a new garage door estimate. Mr. Owens was a professional and showed up on time. I'm pleased with the price and all my questions were answered. I'm a loyal precision customer and will continue to be.

I called for a service repair earlier today and they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. Alex Usher was my technician. He was professional and friendly. He took his time and explained the problem and the different options to fix or repair. I decided to completely fix the problem instead of just repair and spending more money in the long run. He did a great job. He also explained how to use the MyQ app.

We have used Precision Garage Door multiple times. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. The service techs are great. The tech that came to our home yesterday was fantastic. Jose Espinoza was great. He showed up and explained everything to us and worked hard to get the job done quickly as well as throughly. They will often come the same day if needed. PRICELESS!!
