Excellent experience from the time I called for an appointment through the completion of the project. The tech, Willy Rodriguez, walked me through everything that needed to be done. He took the time to explain and show me the defects and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated he did not mind me watching at times. Excellent company and an outstanding tech! Found them this morning had good reviews booked an appointment they were available today. The guy came out less than two hours later super friendly and courteous very informative. They gave me three different options for my garage door no pressure on which one I choose completed the work in less than an hour. Everything works great fair price and they left highly recommend.

I called the morning of 4/26/25, spoke with Chantal who had such a calm kind demeanor and assured me a tech would be able to do repairs today on a Saturday :) I thanked her for working and setup an evening appointment with Julio! He called to let me know his ETA. I appreciated that. He is honest, reliable, Knowledgable, thorough, professional and takes PRIDE in his work. I knew my garage door was broken but didn’t know how much the repair would entail. Julio explained in the way I could understand, didn’t use all those unidentifiable repair terms, he gave me options and answered all my questions! I was referred to this company bc my friend said their service was 5 stars, she wasn’t wrong!!! I’d give Julio 10 Stars!!!! He worked hard, was a perfectionist with his project and cleaned up afterwards as well. He knows everything there is about garages, motors, keypads and all things that make it work properly! He went over everything with me at end (operating, warranty, safety) I am so grateful to have a quiet working garage, key pad and most of all, it’s safe for me and my family! I never knew how much it takes for the garage to go up and down! Lol Highly recommend this company from start to finish! Pricing is as expected for a job well done!
