    In April I called Precision because we were having a problem with our garage door. It was making a lot of noise when it opened up. They sent Jeff to our house. He was excellent. He checked everything thoroughly and figured out we needed a new garage door opener. He installed it and afterwards the door opened really smoothly. He showed me how to lubricate the rollers and exactly which product is best to use on the door. A couple weeks ago the door wasn’t opening properly. They sent Jeff back to look at it. Once again was very thorough and determined to figure out the problem. He was finally able to figure it out and found a solution. It is now back to opening up smoothly. I will definitely request Jeff because he is super friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I STRONGLY recommend you use Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you Jeff. 😊

    I had such a wonderful experience with Tyrone Burton! He showed up right on time and was incredibly professional. He was patient and waited while I took care of my 3-month-old. Tyrone gave me the best advice on how to make the garage quieter and replaced everything quickly. He was very helpful and professional.
