We could not be more pleased with the service and products we received from Precision. The office staff member was super friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment. Clayton arrived quickly and at the appointment time. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were able to operate the new door opener (and remotes) properly. He answered all questions and made sure we were happy with the service. We will use Precision again when we need doors or openers.

I was given several options as to what might be the problem. We started with the sensors. That was the problem. He installed new sensors and he adjusted a few things that needed it and we were working again. He was professional and friendly and he knew what he was doing. I thought he did a great job. Will call again if I need repairs.

The man who came to fix my garage was wonderful. He explained to me what the issue was, what part was malfunctioning, and fixed it for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue with my garage door. Before he left he also explained to me things I could do to prevent further damage to any parts pertaining to my garage door in the future.
