Had a terrific experience with this company. Came home to find my garage door which had served us faithfully for 22 years had broken. The heavy duty spring coil had snapped in two. Needed to get it fixed asap since I had to get my wife's electric car into the garage to plug it in. Called them, they were professional and helpful and sent a service tech, Ethan, over the very next day! Before he arrived, they sent me his pic and a short bio so I would know exactly who they were sending and when he would arrive. Ethan quickly assessed the problem and told me exactly what would be needed to fix the problem and how much it would cost. He then gave me options for additional upgrades I could do if I wished given how old my garge door opener was while making it clear that those upgrades were not necessary to fix the current issue. No pressure, no hard upsell, just clearly explained options. I chose to upgrade my motor to a slightly more powerful one because I was planning to eventually do it anyway. Within a few hours, all the work was done professionally and cleanly at a reasonable price and with clear explanations on all the work that was done. I highly recommend Ethan.
