I have a manual lift door (non-electric) and it was never easy to open. When a cable snapped thus making to door more difficult to open and close, I called Precision first based on reviews I read online. The representative was professional and helpful and scheduled me for the next day. I was very comfortable with the company at this point, I felt like they were taking my call seriously. Randy, the door technician, arrived on time and talked to me about the repair. I showed him the broken cable and he in turn inspected my entire door set up, he determined that I wouldn’t need a full door replacement, but the hardware was old and worn and would need to be replaced. He gave me some repair options and patiently waited as I made my choice. Once I selected the plan I wanted, Randy got right into the project. I was very comfortable with his professionalism and judgement and I had a fully functioning door in just over an hour.

I had a motor replaced together with pulleys and wiring for one door and rewiring for another.

Charlie, our technician, was right on time, knowledgeable, and cordial. He explained in detail what was wrong with our garage door motor. He proceeded to replace our old motor for a better one. We're happy with the service.
