He explained how he diagnoses issues, took about ten minutes to inspect both doors, and then visually walked me through what he found. He presented three repair options with details on parts, warranties, and pricing — no pressure, just honest, straightforward information. His repair work was efficient, thorough, and done with real care. Ricky is a rock star in the world of garage doors and is an excellent representative of the company. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I would definitely use Precision again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs.
