He explained what was wrong so well and fixed it in no time. Will surely be using Precision Door in the future and will tell all my friends and family they are a good company to use.

Left without programming one of the remotes for the garage. When we called, they wouldn't send him back. We have to wait till next week to have somebody come back out. If you have two garage doors and two remotes, why wouldn't you program them both he left one of them unopened in a bag. we paid a premium price of $1200 to replace just one motor. You would think at that price we would get by star service.

They arrived when they said they said they would. The technician Matthew was quite helpful, courteous, and walked me through every step of what had to be done. The job is to install a full lock assembly on an existing garage door that never had a lock assembly. The price quoted for the work was more than fair. I am looking forward for the work to be performed.

Received notifications of who was coming and time window. Before arrival I received a phone call advising me of time of arrival. Professional personnel asked if there was any concerns other than damage shown. Was given estimate and if acceptable how to pay, check or charge card. Scheduling was pretty easy and the technician (Sean) arrived within the scheduled window. Sean installed a new keypad and replaced two door springs that showed excessive wear and tear. He made a thorough inspection of the hardware and pointed out a few things that we need to keep an eye out for.

We had a power outage so I needed to open our garage door manually. The 'pulldown' was not working correctly, hence I couldn't open the door to get my car out. I called the garage door place that I usually use, but they were not able to send someone out. The receptionist was kind enough to suggest Precision. I called and within an hour, their tech Sean Sotelo arrived and was able to diagnose the problem. It was a simple fix, but one which I would not have been able to figure out myself. He was so nice and professional. You will definitely be my go to for any future issues. Sean was also kind enough to give me an estimate for a new opener that has a battery back up should I wish to do that at some point. Will definitely be looking to have that done in the near future. Thank you so much for your help!

Christian was excellent. I am so very pleased with the work that was done. He is a personable, knowledgeable and polite young man. He is also persuasive in a trustworthy way. I was only expecting to get the key pad fixed but ended up get so much more work done. It was a pleasure working with him. Below I wasn't given the option of selecting multiple products. I had new rollers, cables and springs installed, on top of the keypad.
