Had a 4 hr window for my appointment. What was nice was the fact that Matthew kept me update on his ETA. Somit didn’t feel like I was just sitting and waiting. Was able to utilize my time properly. Nice young man and took the extra time to make sure my door closed properly prior to putting in the new garage door opener. He was very thorough making sure the job was completed 100%. Sean and John that installed 2 LiftMaster garage door units today, 9/11/24, did a wonderful job. Professional, clean, easy to understand various directions - clearly both men knew what they were doing and did so without hesitation. We chose Precision since we used them 2 other times at 2 different home locations. The Company's workmanship speaks for itself. When you find a good company to work with, why go elsewhere? Left without programming one of the remotes for the garage. When we called, they wouldn't send him back. We have to wait till next week to have somebody come back out. If you have two garage doors and two remotes, why wouldn't you program them both he left one of them unopened in a bag. we paid a premium price of $1200 to replace just one motor. You would think at that price we would get by star service.
