All of the people that I dealt with were very knowledgeable about what I needed. They kept me informed of the appointment and when the tech would arrive. Brain arrived as excepted and got to work to figure out the problem. My opener was very and outdated so he gave me my options. He went to work and replaced the opener. He then went over the operation and set up everything. I couldn't have asked for a better installer.

Needed help with faulty wall control and reprogramming two garage doors. I contacted Precision on a Sunday and got an appt. for first thing on Monday. Sean called to let me know the arrival time and got to the house at 9 am. He was professional, skilled, and a good communicator. All was repaired in one hour. In this day of poor service/staffing Sean and Precision are top-notch. They are not the least expensive but when you take into account pricing, skilled tech, communication and timeliness they are the firm to call!

This was my 2nd time using Precision Doors. The quality of service was just as excellent as before. They were able to schedule me in within 24 hours of calling. We received a new garage door opener, new coils, belts, pulleys, rollers and remotes. They were in and out in an hour or so and called when they were on their way so I didn’t have to wait at home all day. Very efficient and courteous. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I was referred by a friend to Precision as I needed to replace two garage doors. Was able to schedule a visit for an estimate within a few days - knowledgeable representative explained the options and timing. The communications from Precision (email/text) were prompt and informative. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call to schedule installation way faster than expected. Installation was quick and easy - both doors installed - total installation time was only about four hours. Very pleased!
