Called Friday Night, here on Sunday. Garage was in need of multiple items, spring, rollers, cable...and they came and fixed it in 45 minutes. Runs like a charm now. The serviceman (Eric) was kind and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Job Well done. I would definitely recommend these guys and plan on using them again when my second door, inevitably, ends up in the same state.

Was in touch with me from the start and went through the issues happening with the garage door opener. He replaced the opener, added safety lines and installed a new pad/keypad. Quick service. Received a phone call letting me know he would arrive in 15 min. A phot of the service person was sent so that I knew who was coming. All was good . It was a pleasure working with the repair rep. Pointed out the problems with the old unit. Explained what was going to be replace with sensor, keypad and hand remotes. Showed me the new sensors and how it worked. The new unit is so much quieter and fast. Removed the old unit and all the packaging. New door was installed in July. This was supposed to be a custom build. We have small space on one side and after the installation it became obvious that design of a pulley is wrong for a space. We had technician twice and the door is still not working the way it should. Your company was supposed to be professionals and as such a tech who resided on pulley design should have suggest different system. We had now 2 visits by technician and the door still making touch noise.
