My experience with Precision Garage doors was fantastic. Kevin arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and explained the issues very clearly. He gave me options and explained to each one thoroughly. He finished the job in a timely fashion was polite and courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. I will refer other people and will call again in the future.

Garage door rail popped off the track and the machine needed to be replaced. Kevin did an amazing job diagnosing the issue, explaining the issue and communicating accordingly. Not only that, he provided multiple solutions including a cheaper solution, albeit not ideal, but walked me thru everything so I understood and decide what’s the best long term solution. He worked on the price with me and I would definitely recommend Kevin for any garage door issues. Great service.

Luke was our tech and he was great! He identified the problem and what caused it, then provided a couple ways to fix it in various price ranges. I cant say how the pricing was (high low or otherwise) because this company was the only one we went with as we needed the door fixed asap.

This is the second time I have used this company. Yesterday, I decided it was time to replace my garage door opener. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Precision has a terrific business model. From the moment you make an appointment, you are supported with texts. I knew approximately when the technician would arrive and they sent me a photo and a short bio so I knew who to expect. Kevin called when he was about 20 min out. When he arrived with his trainee, he conducted a brief inspection and offered me three options. He explained each one , but never pressured me to choose one over another. When I made my choice, he went to work completing the task. When he was finished, he explained how the new opener operated. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. This is the best experience I have ever had with a company. Later, there was a text from the owner of the company thanking me for my business and assuring me that if there were any questions or problems not to hesitate to contact them. This was a totally pleasant experience and I recommend Precision without reservations.

I have used them twice so far and each time has been a great experience. Timely, professional, helpful, and tidy. And a great price!
