We are very pleased with the service we received from POGDS and our technician, Luke. The text alerts to confirm/remind us of our appointment along with alerts when Luke was on his way with his ETA were helpful. Luke was punctual, professional, courteous and very proficient when making his assessment and formulating his quotation. Once the installation of our new opener was complete, Luke patiently walked us through the remotes, keypad & App set up. Not to mention, this was THE COLDEST day of the season yet and he didn't rush us along.

Update: (Rating changed to 5) I called the company again in the morning. A different operator answered my call and requested another technician to come back in the afternoon to replace the bottom rubber. The issue is now fixed. I will definitely use them again in the future. ——— Feb 2026 The company installed the garage door but forgot to include the weather rubber at the bottom panel. The technician, unaware of the missing component, completed the job and requested a full payment. I had a positive experience with them in the past, so I proceeded with the payment. However, when my tenant discovered the missing part and informed the technician, he dismissed it as a ground issue and claimed he couldn’t do anything about it (perhaps because I had already made the payment?). The weather is extremely cold today, and cold air is seeping into the garage. I contacted the company, and they informed me that their door team would need to call me back. I’m currently waiting for their return to rectify the situation. Regrettably, I had already made the full payment, and I hope they will promptly return to fix the issue.
