Killian was great. We needed an emergency repair on a snowy Sunday and he arrived less than an hour after we made an appointment. Our door was fixed in no time, the price was reasonable and we were not charged any additional fee for coming out on a Sunday. He suggested that we service the motor as it’s 8 years old and had very little lubricant in it. It was a good suggestion as it will add life to it. We have used precision for over 25 years and are always happy with the work they do.
