Ever since I got my house a month ago, the garage door has been a source of stress. It was not long before the garage door just stopped closing properly on its own. I finally got around to trying to fix it myself, and I was disappointed when it still didn't work. I called and made an appointment with Precision, and I must say that Brandon M and Jaymes G were able to relieve a lot of stress with the work that they did in just about an hour and a half. I also only had to wait until the next day for them to come out to the house for the assessment and repair. Brandon was clear in explaining what the issues were, honest about the lifespan of my previous motor, and I felt like he tried to provide a good variety of options in terms of repair when it came to deciding between budget/immediate concerns with the system and what would prolong the longevity of the system overall. I love having multiple options to open the garage door now (remotes, app, keypad). I was really pleased and can't say enough positive things about the quick and effective service I received.
