Roberto was friendly and courteous. I would want him back if ever I needed garage door work done. His work was exceptional.Everything was done in one service and when he was done you wouldn’t know he was here. Very clean.He was also very helpful setting up all of the door closures. Precision Garage Door has exceeded my expectations. Initial appt request was responded to very quickly, my tech Mike arrived as expected, listened attentively, addressed my concerns, explained my options, made suggestions but never pressured me. I had time to weigh my next steps and then he promptly returned when I was ready and installed my new opener which is quiet, has keypad, two remotes and WiFi. Today I had two techs come to my home, Charlie and Jeff. They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions and took the time to explain how to best utilize the MYQ app as well. Couldn't figure out how to reset and set up a new PIN for my garage door opener. (Previous owner never gave us the PIN). Tried to reset it myself and made a bigger mess for myself. James came in and taught me how to reset all the setting and connect all that I needed in order for all my garage door openers plus the PIN pad to get connected and working properly. James even wrote down the steps I would need to take if I ever ran into that problem again. Thanks James!
