Precision Garage Door Service Of Union County

This morning our garage door wasn’t closing and my husband was unable to figure it out. I called Precision as they had done service for us in the past. They had all of my information on file, and technician Jonathan arrived and fixed the issue in less than two hours after my call. Super service, and with a smile!

I had an issue with my garage door opener. I called them on Sunday. A person answered the phone and the repairman was here on Monday. Excellent service!!

Tyler came on time. He was very nice and polite and more importantly fixed the problem and made good recommendations.

Vincent Loverde helped me last week. In a day and age during which I feel like person to person services have lost some luster, my faith in it was restored after this service visit. The business made it very easy to schedule an appointment and communicated wonderfully to confirm the appointment. We were alerted of the arrival time estimate on the day of service. I was even offered a coffee! Amazing. Vincent needed to think a little bit out of the box to solve for my door and cable repair and he exceeded expectations. I will certainly be calling Vincent and Precision for my future needs.
