I discovered at 8 am that I thought I needed a motor replacement for my garage door and contacted Precision Overhead. By noon Jeff was on site providing the diagnosis and options to get the door operational again. By 2:30, Jeff completed the installation, reprogrammed the remote and oiled all of the mechanical parts for all 3 doors, not just the one with the new motor. He made sure I understood how the unit would function and described the warranty information In detail. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and Jeff's professionalism and customer service.

Before he arrived, they sent me his pic and a short bio so I would know exactly who they were sending and when he would arrive. Ethan quickly assessed the problem and told me exactly what would be needed to fix the problem and how much it would cost. He then gave me options for additional upgrades I could do if I wished given how old my garge door opener was while making it clear that those upgrades were not necessary to fix the current issue. No pressure, no hard upsell, just clearly explained options. I chose to upgrade my motor to a slightly more powerful one because I was planning to eventually do it anyway. Within a few hours, all the work was done professionally and cleanly at a reasonable price and with clear explanations on all the work that was done. I highly recommend Ethan.
