Precision did a wonderful job at repairing my garage door today.Our technician Thomas Sackman was a pleasure to deal with giving different options on which way to go he was very professional and courteous and would be welcome back any time a repair would be needed.Thank you for all your help.

Our garage door stopped closing all the way on Sunday and when I called Precision they offered to send someone out that day, but we opted for the earliest window on Monday. Dalton called around 8:00 and told me he would be here in 20-30 minutes if that was alright. Dalton was just as courteous and professional in person as he was on the phone. He took time to explain what needed to be done to get the door to close again, and even more importantly, what needed to be done to make it safe. Winston, who also worked on our door, was pleasant and professional, and took the time to answer any questions as well. Even though it was not an inexpensive repair, I never felt like we were being taken advantage of and because of Dalton and Winston feel like we got a high quality repair while having a positive experience. They are definitely assets to your organization. Thank you both for your time and expertise.

Our technician was John. He was very informative, gave us to options on what we needed done. He replaced parts and had our door running smoothly. We thought the price was pretty high, but isn't everything these days.

His work was neat and he made us aware of potential concerns based on the work request (ex, in removing and replacing wiring, paint repair would be needed by homeowner). He provided options and described the differences so we could make our best decisions. As a homeowner, it's good to be aware that when wires are removed, there's a potential for tacks and nails to be leftover in the garage or driveway. Homeowner should take a good look around before moving vehicles back in place. It's a good time to clean the garage overall!
