One year after moving into our new home. we realize in our garage the door was very hard to open and close. It usually go off track sometimes . that’s when we started looking around to find someone who can take a look at our garage door to see if they might be some damage to it or should we just get a new one. after going over it with my wife. We decide to just get a New door. On doing so we happen to stumble along a clipper magazine in our local area. and in it they was a company call PRECISION DOOR SERVICE of Northern New Jersey. next day we call that company. Got in touch with Mike Antonelli who is precision garage door exert. made an appointment to see mike who came by and present us with two proposal.which was very detail, and itemized. mike was very respectful, kind and understanding of our needs and wants.to make a long story short. We decide to go with the second proposal.which was a new door with side motor.mike assure us that it will get done within 2-5 week. and big thanks to mike antonelli, marc Mackenzie who did a great job installing our garage door and everything else that goes with it. also big thanks to everyone else who have email, text and call to keep us in touch along the way till the project was done.So if you’re looking to get your garage door repairs, installation, and openers done.please reach out to Precision Garage Door.

Very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door. Sean came to my home, evaluated and explained what was the cause of my faulty opener. He then showed me three options to address the problem. I picked an option and Sean went to work. When he finished he explained what he had done, and how everything worked. He also programmed the Home Link in my wife’s car. Sean was very professional and an all around good guy.

July 10, 2024. I have been happy with my garage opener from Precision since they installed my garage opener in 2013 (I had a repair in 2018). Luke (technician) was excellent- professional, courteous, reviewed the estimate with me in advance, answered all of my questions. He performed maintenance, reprogrammed the computer program in the opener, greasing the wheels, etc. I also used a coupon to reduce my costs. I will continue to highly recommend using Precision Door Service.

Today, I had a garage door and opener installed by Precision. Based on the many positive reviews I read online, I chose Precision, but unfortunately, the installation service fell far below my expectations. The garage door rails were unsteadily attached to the ceiling, so I asked the technician to secure them properly. To do this correctly, they needed to locate the stud where the metal structure for the rail could be securely attached. Instead, they hastily drilled multiple holes in my garage ceiling, claiming they had to leave for their next job. This resulted in a large hole in my ceiling. Additionally, when closing the garage door, the white rubber seal was sometimes wrinkled. I asked them to fix this issue, but they dismissed my concern, saying it would naturally resolve over time, and left quickly. This experience was quite disappointing, and I regret choosing Precision.

Our twin doors are 4 years old now and we’ve never needed a service call. They look wonderful with the all wood exterior, and the metal structure of the doors and thick insulation help keep the garage a bit warmer in the winter. Today your senior technician Matthew replaced a backup battery and lubed the tracks. I had used Precision in the past and always remembered how efficient and personable the technician was, so of course I didn't consider using any other company. The work needed this time was more involved than the last occasion. The technicians of Sean and Charlie were so knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was profession and caring.
