Brian arrived just about when he said he would and called two hours in advance to give us a "heads up". He was extremely nice and inspired confidence and did the work quite quickly. Based on the success of your last visit seven years ago, I imagine that the repairs (springs and rollers) will last for a good long time.

Dealing with Precision Garage Door was a breeze. From the initial call, to the installation, everything was effortless. Their staff was courteous, patient and answered all my questions. I even challenged the type of door they recommended with what I found online and they explained fully the differences and which door would best fit my home and why based on the conditions here (very windy and with lots of sun). The doors look great and work beautifully. I'd easily recommend Precision Door to anyone for this service.

Jesse is a great representative of Precision. He solved the problem I had with synching my wife new car to the garage door opener -- plus a number of other problems that I really wasn't particularly aware of. He was very professional, meticulous, fast, and had a very pleasant demeanor. By the way, he to care of the mating problem in about 3 minutes. BMW servicemen spent a total of 3-4 hours and couldn't do it.

It's with great pleasure to write this review. Jesse was amazing! He truly is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, efficient and eager to insure his customer is happy with the work he performed. He always kept me apprised of the time he was arriving and then did an entire evaluation before the work was started. Jesse gives 100% and then some to his job. I strongly encourage Jesse be provided with a space heater when he's up against frigid temperatures. Jesse never complained, it was my assessment of the cold since he works in a confined area where a space heater could keep him warm.
