Alex did a great job replacing my garage door opener from 1999. (Yes it was that old.) He was helpful recommending a replacement model. He broke down and explained the features and how to use the remotes, the Bluetooth, and the App. He completed the task in a time efficient manner, and cleaned up after himself before he left. Great experience.

The parts and materials used in the repairs were top-notch, and Luis' workmanship was exceptional and efficient. The garage door hasn't operated this well in years! With Precision providing a 5-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labor/workmanship, I feel confident that I made the right choice and received the best possible care for my garage door.
