Precision certainly met and exceeded my new garage door installation expectations. Julian the installer was friendly, smiling, polite and courteous, explained the entire job to me before commencing work, had me look at the new door panels to be sure that I was happy with them, and then proceeded to do an excellent removal of the old door, and installation of the new door. The man sent to look at my door is a fine person and a very good technician. something fell and cause the door to not open properly. When the technician came i picked up the thing that fell in the path of the door opening and the door opened properly. There was nothing for the technician to do. Therefore it doesn't seem fair to have paid $74.00 for fixing the door that wasn't broken. Thank you kindly, Janet Rose
