Justin and Jovan went above and beyond today to repair this two door garage. It's a very old, heavy and wooden door and the lowest panel had somehow cracked and curled in off the rail and ended up on the rear bumper of one of our cars. They thoroughly discussed solutions with me and were patient, professional, respectful, well-mannered and represented the company so well. After much consideration we asked if they could repair the lowest panel, reinforce one of the support structures, and get the door on track. It was not an easy, quick job but they got it done. Justin was quick on his feet and very resourceful and remedied the situation. Under a very stressful situation, Justin and Jovan kept their cool as if they've handled this unique situation many times. I feel very fortunate Justin worked on this.
