I have nothing but perfect marks for Precision Door Service of Westchester and, in particular, for the technician who came, Brendan Harasek. My quite old double width garage door had managed a big failure of springs, rollers and cables. I asked a neighbor who they used for repairs and, on their recommendation, called Precision at 8:30 AM. I was given a same day 10-2 appointment window and Mr Harasek arrived at 11:30. The issues were diagnosed, three options for the repair work were offered and the chosen one was completed all in this one visit. Mr Harasek explained everything so well, did a great job, provided advice for ongoing maintenance and left everything in perfect order. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing assistance with a garage door repair and will call them should I ever need further service or a replacement door.

I have been dealing with a door from 2000 that had some issues mechanically but particularly was looking to have the rubber strip replaced on the bottom to make it waterproof. It had hardened and flattened over time allowing water in. I had heard of Precision from their advertisements and had seen their trucks in the neighborhood. I did not look up reviews which I usually do. I was able to make a same day appointment and was notified when someone was on their way. I was very happy with the knowledge and ability of the worker who showed up, Mr. Harasek. He assessed any issues with the door and was able to adjust and lubricate it, making it press against the ground more and then was able to place the rubber stripping on the bottom which was tricky (I had tried). From my experience of door repair, I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks!
