Precision Garage Door Service Of Mt Kisco

They came out within 16 hours of me requesting service, and the technician Luis was great to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone.

Good service and communication. Online appt booking worked great. I had my garage spring replaced same day it broke.

Jeffrey Barelles was the technician that came to my house this morning our garage broke late last night. The cable snapped Leaving the door, completely inoperable. I reached out to the Company first thing in the morning right online they were prompt and had clear communication. They scheduled an appointment Right away and were at my house within two hours. Jeffrey was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He Told me what needed to be done and what my options were and got right to work.. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and more importantly Jeffrey wasn’t pushy at all. The only downside was the job was a bit more expensive than I expected. We had a similar job done about nine years ago From the same company and it was half the price. Hopefully that’s just inflation . Either way, I’m very pleased with the company and Jeff and would recommend them to friends and neighbors

Service man was nice, helpful, came on time (on the early side of the time window given) and thorough. Did a great job fixing the door which works now! My only complaint is the price. They don’t separate out the costs for parts and labor when giving the quote. The parts didn’t seem very expensive (from a google search), so that means labor cost was EXTREMELY high for an hour of work. I guess this is both for the convenience of getting the work done straight away (they came and completed the job the day we called) and the “tax” of living in a high cost of living area.

Luis was fantastic. He kept me informed of when he was coming and let me know well ahead of time about some traffic and potential delays. He got out of the truck with a huge smile, a few jokes and it was an absolute pleasure. He had to come back the next day because of a missing part (not his fault) and I asked if it'd be him - because at this point I was like, this is my guy! "I mean, if you don't want it to be me, we'll get you someone" "No! I want it to be you!" So...sure enough, bright and early Luis is there, sets me up, gives me a heads up about the motor and when I need that motor serviced, I'm going with Precision and asking for Luis. Done and done. When you need to spend money on a fix, no one likes it - but part of the reason is because too often you have folks who don't seem to want to be at your house, or help you. From the person who took my initial call, to the person emailing and texting me updates to Luis, this was a very awesome. 6 out of 5 starts if I could.
