Was able to get an appointment for a garage door that was not closing. Replaced with new motor. Hector was nice. Did have an issue requiring return. Luis was nice also. Was a bit unhappy when trying to schedule 2nd visit on a Friday for a garage door that had to remain open all night and they wanted to come Saturday. Another receptionist got us in on Friday. Very nice company and employees

Jeffrey Barelles was the technician that came to my house this morning our garage broke late last night. The cable snapped Leaving the door, completely inoperable. I reached out to the Company first thing in the morning right online they were prompt and had clear communication. They scheduled an appointment Right away and were at my house within two hours. Jeffrey was very patient,helpful and knowledgeable. He Told me what needed to be done and what my options were and got right to work.. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and more importantly Jeffrey wasn’t pushy at all. The only downside was the job was a bit more expensive than I expected. We had a similar job done about nine years ago From the same company and it was half the price. Hopefully that’s just inflation . Either way, I’m very pleased with the company and Jeff and would recommend them to friends and neighbors

Justin and Jovan went above and beyond today to repair this two door garage. It's a very old, heavy and wooden door and the lowest panel had somehow cracked and curled in off the rail and ended up on the rear bumper of one of our cars. They thoroughly discussed solutions with me and were patient, professional, respectful, well-mannered and represented the company so well. After much consideration we asked if they could repair the lowest panel, reinforce one of the support structures, and get the door on track. It was not an easy, quick job but they got it done. Justin was quick on his feet and very resourceful and remedied the situation. Under a very stressful situation, Justin and Jovan kept their cool as if they've handled this unique situation many times. I feel very fortunate Justin worked on this. Thank you, so very much, and Precision Garage Door Service delivered great service as usual!
