Garage door fell apart this morning at 10am. Precision Door had someone here by 12:45. I was called 30 minutes before arrival. I was greeted by Gafur who wasted no time to look at the damage make an assessment then explain everything to me. I was presented with different estimates based on my needs and wants. Work was completed in a respectful amount of time (especially on a hot and humid day). Gafur reviewed all the work with me, showed how everything works, including the emergency release if I can't get out... All in all very pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend.
Aleksei came in timely manner and was able to diagnose and fix our problem within an hour. He was professional the whole time. I would highly recommend precision.
