The initial on-site consultation with salesman Michael was easy to schedule. He was thorough in measuring and evaluating the existing set-up and then provided clear explanations of what was needed and options available to me. When the door was ready, scheduling of installation was also quite easy. Shemar, the installation technician, did an excellent job. He was very professional and thoughtful about the details so made sure that everything looks and works great. Overall, I was very satisfied with how professional and easy to work with this company was.

Hector Ortiz and his colleague were knowledgeable, capable, courteous and efficient. They upgraded and motorized my very old garage door mechanism with fine materials and skillful assembly. They arranged the job within two days and completed the work in less than a day. I am very pleased with the work.
