Jesse was on time for our appointment and very friendly. He gave me a clear description of what my choices were for openers and made it easy to decide. Once installed he covered how everything worked. Great service.

Update: After my first review, customer service for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service reached out promptly to see what they could do to resolve the problem. They were accommodating and eager to find a solution. We agreed to replace the entire door and lift system for a fair price, taking into consideration the previous work already done. The installation team completed the new garage door today and did a good job. Although I ended up replacing my entire door earlier than I anticipated needing to, I really appreciated the goodwill and willingness of the company to resolve the issue. . . . . Initial review: We had a poor experience with this company. We had a dented panel on our garage door preventing it from opening/closing. The employee who came out to assess the problem said that the problem could be addressed by replacing the dented panel (or upgrading to an entirely new insulated door system, which did not suit our needs for an outdoor garage). After taking two months in the middle of winter to source the replacement panel, a different employee came to install the panel and disagreed with the original assessment—saying that we needed to replace two panels in order for the door to function properly. Two months later, the door has stopped working again.

From the start, as I made my appointment online, the company communicated with me to confirm the service, provide the information on the technician and his time of arrival. When Joshua arrived, he was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He examined the door and all the equipment, indicated the problem to us and gave us a range of options to proceed. Never did he try to persuade us into taking a decision. We did decide to proceed with the repair, and he got ho work right away. We are so happy with this company, absolutely recommend it. Will work with them from now on.
