I recently moved into my home and discovered that the garage door safety sensors were offline, so I called Precision Door Service. Brendan came out on Saturday morning right on time and immediately impressed me with how thorough and professional he was. He clearly explained what he found, what was causing the issues, and the different options for addressing them. There was absolutely no pressure to choose one option over another. Everything was laid out clearly on an iPad, including what each level of service would involve and cost. We ultimately decided to replace the springs and some other door hardware as well. Once I gave the go-ahead, Brendan got to work immediately and had all the necessary parts right there in his truck. The whole process was efficient, transparent, and easy. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Precision Door Service. Coincidentally, I saw another Precision Door truck on the freeway later that day and thought, “Yep, these guys are everywhere.” Great experience all around!
