Highly recommend - the spring on my large door went out late at night and called first thing in the morning. Had no idea who to call but Precision had great reviews. The whole experience was great - from Brittany answered the phone, gave me an estimated time of arrival, got a text to confirm. Javen then called when we would be out and I received a nice text with his picture and bio. He arrived just as scheduled and went to work inspecting the problem. Provided me with a variety of options - I chose getting it fixed with the 8 year warranty which I am happy to have done. He said he would be done in about an hour and he was. Showed me all he did, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up and left. The dooe is SO quiet now! Very happy.

Very happy with receipt of same day appointment in under an hour. Will was on time courteous, knowledgeable, and explained different levels of fixes for the job. Services selected were completed within the 1 hour time frame that Will gave.
