I reached out to Precision at 9pm and the next day they were at my house earlier than my appointed time. Alex Henderson showed up and gave me a quote quickly, told me how long it would take, and was spot on. Super professional, super knowledgeable, went above and beyond helping me understand everything and set everything up. The work area was somehow cleaner than I had it which was really good. Would recommend letting Alex do your garage door if you need it.

Highly recommend - the spring on my large door went out late at night and called first thing in the morning. Had no idea who to call but Precision had great reviews. The whole experience was great - from Brittany answered the phone, gave me an estimated time of arrival, got a text to confirm. Javen then called when we would be out and I received a nice text with his picture and bio. He arrived just as scheduled and went to work inspecting the problem. Provided me with a variety of options - I chose getting it fixed with the 8 year warranty which I am happy to have done. He said he would be done in about an hour and he was. Showed me all he did, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up and left. The dooe is SO quiet now! Very happy.

My technician Joey was very helpful with my appointment. He listened to what I had experienced with my garage door, then he explained what he discovered after doing some tests and observation. He presented options for me to consider with pros and cons for each one. Once I made the choice, he got right to work. After everything was completed, he explained everything that was done. I appreciated the time he spent with me and how thorough he was.
