We were having some issues with the existing garage opener. Precision arrived and Will the tech diagnosed the problem quickly. I decided to replace the opener with a new one. Will had the work completed in about an hour and did a great job. He was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. We are very happy with the new opener.

Great service! Came out the same day. Quick install. I was told I needed a torsion drum besides the spring. He did show it to me & it was broke. The extra charge for the drum was $90. Should not have been any more labor since he had it apart. I looked up the part at Home Depot and it was $11.72. I know it may not been the exact part but it was a torsion drum.
