    15 year old garage door wouldn't close. Neighbor had used them and were sati6woth work. Called, explained problem and a tech was available within a couple hours. His business card, with a photo of him, was forwarded to me ahead of time. He inspected opener, took photos of problem areas and recommended work needed to be done and provided cost quote. Work was done, door works and is much quieter.

    Scheduling was incredibly easy through the online system, and I received a phone call when the technician was on his way, which I really appreciated. My technician, Cody S., was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully evaluate my garage door, explain his findings, and walk me through his recommendations along with the reasoning behind each one. He presented several repair options, ranging from a complete overhaul to simply replacing the broken spring, which was the original reason for my service call. At no point did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive option. He simply explained the pros and cons of each approach and let me decide what was best for my situation. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Afterward, Cody reviewed everything that had been done and even shared a few DIY maintenance tips to help extend the life of my garage door. Overall, it was an excellent service experience, and I would definitely recommend both Cody and the company.
