    Quentin R was my service tech today. He called ahead to let me know he was headed my way. He is friendly and polite. I recently moved into a condo and was unsure of the previous maintenance on my garage door. He said the rollers needed to be replaced, but the other parts were fine. He replaced the keypad and had to do some patient troubleshooting to get it to connect with my existing opener. He explained to me where to use the spray lube to keep my door working in the future. I definitely recommend this business!

    Got home today and the garage door would only go up one foot. I discovered that one of the springs had broken. Precision Door had installed the door in 2013. That's good quality lasting 13 years. They dispatched a fine talented young man by the name of Taylor. A true Craftsman. He replaced the springs the cables and the bearing all coming with an eight year warranty. At 64 years old I hope to notsee Taylor again for 13 years 😁
