He took the time to understand how I wanted to use my garage and explained the benefits of each door option in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured or “sold” anything. I genuinely felt like he was helping me make the best decision for my home. I’m so appreciative of the time and care he put into the appointment. D.J. is truly an exceptional representative, and I would recommend him very highly. The entire Precision team was fantastic. I submitted my request yesterday, and someone was here the very next day. Scheduled my install within 2 business days. Incredible service from start to finish!

Highly recommend this company! Our very old garage door had finally reached the end of its life and needed to be completely replaced. (Everything but the motor). When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to our house quickly for a consultation. Cody S. handled the consultation and was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He walked us through the different replacement options, explained what we actually needed, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. It made the whole process of choosing a new door pretty straightforward. Once my wife and I decided on what we wanted, they were able to schedule the installation within the week. Chris M. came out for the installation and did an excellent job. He worked quickly, everything turned out great, and the new door looks and operates exactly as it should. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and we’re very happy with the finished product. Exceptional experience using Precision for our garage door issues! We worked with Will and he was very personable and professional. He thoroughly inspected our garage door and found a few issues that we had already noticed. Ultimately we needed an entire new system and door, and Precision gave us a very competitive quote. Once we decided on using them, we called and they were able to install the whole thing that day! The installation team was so great too. They worked quickly, cleanly and had everything hauled out and the new door up in 2 hours. I’m honestly still shocked by how fast they were able to do this! The new door looks SO good and works like a dream. (much better than practicing my hurdling skills over the laser beam as i had been having to do for a while). Our experience has been such a great one with Precision and I would heartily recommend them to anyone for all garage door needs! Thank you Precision!!
