    Highly recommend this company! Our very old garage door had finally reached the end of its life and needed to be completely replaced. (Everything but the motor). When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to our house quickly for a consultation. Cody S. handled the consultation and was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He walked us through the different replacement options, explained what we actually needed, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. It made the whole process of choosing a new door pretty straightforward. Once my wife and I decided on what we wanted, they were able to schedule the installation within the week. Chris M. came out for the installation and did an excellent job. He worked quickly, everything turned out great, and the new door looks and operates exactly as it should. Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and we’re very happy with the finished product. Thank you to Cody, Chris, and the rest of the team!

    Overall service was at least 4.5. They showed up the same day I called for service (Joey) was the repair /salesperson. Excellent personality. They showed up and replaced the 2 garage doors by Mid-Day Monday, while the other 3 companies wouldn't even come over to look at our problem until Tuesday. Everyone at Precision was extremely friendly and professional. The only negative i never received any paperwork listing warranty or total cost. In total I'd recommend them to friends or family. My wife and I are both seniors, I'm hoping we weren't taken advantage of my initial reaction is the company is honest.
