Cody was very polite and educational went through things with me. A couple times explained why this needed to be done or we could wait. But it would be better to do it, he didn't push me. He didn't talk me into anything. He was very well-mannered. We'll ask him to come back again very pleased.

Equipment installed, but WiFi connection not set up. Technician said it was all self explanatory but it was not. He also said all info needed to register was in book, but he had not entered serial number in the book so we had to climb a ladder to get it. After I posted this review the owner contacted me and sent a technician to solve the problem. It took awhile but the technician persevered and solved the problem.

Alex was fantastic. He identified the problem immediately and clearly explained what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. Our original opener had been installed by the builder with minimal effort, including a single spring that wasn’t appropriate for the door. Alex explained why that setup caused issues and recommended the right opener without pushing top-of-the-line extras. The new setup is remarkably quiet. The door is effectively silent unless you’re standing right next to it, a huge improvement over the old system that vibrated through the walls. I would absolutely recommend Precision for repairs or replacements.
