DJ was very professional and answered all my questions. I’m excited to get the new door installed.

Overall service was at least 4.5. They showed up the same day I called for service (Joey) was the repair /salesperson. Excellent personality. They showed up and replaced the 2 garage doors by Mid-Day Monday, while the other 3 companies wouldn't even come over to look at our problem until Tuesday. Everyone at Precision was extremely friendly and professional. The only negative i never received any paperwork listing warranty or total cost. In total I'd recommend them to friends or family. My wife and I are both seniors, I'm hoping we weren't taken advantage of my initial reaction is the company is honest.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door services for all of my garage door or motor needs for a long time. I wouldn’t use any other service Precision, In my experience has always come out to do whatever work needs to be done the same day and has always had the replacement parts or new pieces that I have needed to maintain my garage door and motor. I had them out On Monday because One of the springs had broken, cables, and pulleys needed to be replaced as well. They were probably 20 years old. Quinn was the technician who serviced my garage door, springs cables, etc. He showed me each part and why they were worn And why they needed to be replaced. He was a complete professional. He worked efficiently and did the repairs expertly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service services and the technician who came to service my garage door needs, Quinn.

Very good job but could be cheaper.

Couldn't be any happier with Precision Door. From figuring out what I needed to do and having an experienced installer like Clayton....it was all a great experience. After the install Clayton walked us through everything done and what to do for the upkeep of the new door.
