When I asked the Technician, Joey Albers, when the opener could be replaced ….. he said now….without hesitation. We decided to go ahead and just get it done. They were quick, thorough and cleaned up everything. Joey took the time to explain how to operate, hook up the WiFi and explained the warranty process.
