I’ve used Precision Garage Door services for all of my garage door or motor needs for a long time. I wouldn’t use any other service Precision, In my experience has always come out to do whatever work needs to be done the same day and has always had the replacement parts or new pieces that I have needed to maintain my garage door and motor. I had them out On Monday because One of the springs had broken, cables, and pulleys needed to be replaced as well. They were probably 20 years old. Quinn was the technician who serviced my garage door, springs cables, etc. He showed me each part and why they were worn And why they needed to be replaced. He was a complete professional. Highly recommend this company! Our very old garage door had finally reached the end of its life and needed to be completely replaced. (Everything but the motor). When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to our house quickly for a consultation. Cody S. handled the consultation and was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He walked us through the different replacement options, explained what we actually needed, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. It made the whole process of choosing a new door pretty straightforward. Once my wife and I decided on what we wanted, they were able to schedule the installation within the week. Chris M. came out for the installation and did an excellent job. He worked quickly, everything turned out great, and the new door looks and operates exactly as it should. Couldn't be any happier with Precision Door. From figuring out what I needed to do and having an experienced installer like Clayton....it was all a great experience. After the install Clayton walked us through everything done and what to do for the upkeep of the new door.
