    Joey came out to service our garage door. After looking at all the parts and determining that the parts where replaced in 1991 he suggested replacing them since they where so old. He replaced the old parts and serviced everything else. He talked me through every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    We bought a complete new door and opener last December. Was vert satisfied with installation. The door/opener/remotes worked splendidly until yesterday. My wife returned home and her remote controller in her car didn’t work. Everything we tried went for naught. We had saved the card of the technician who installed the door and called the office. The office staff said she would send someone tomorrow. Indeed Joey Albert’s showed up on time, was extremely polite and listened to my problem. He examined my wife’s remote and discovered the battery was dead since all the other openers were working. Joey showed me how to open the remote and insert a new battery problem solved within 30 minutes. Joey was very respectful, presented a professional manner, and insured I knew how to put new batteries in our remotes. Joey is a real asset to Precision Door Service.
