Highly recommend - the spring on my large door went out late at night and called first thing in the morning. Had no idea who to call but Precision had great reviews. The whole experience was great - from Brittany answered the phone, gave me an estimated time of arrival, got a text to confirm. Javen then called when we would be out and I received a nice text with his picture and bio. He arrived just as scheduled and went to work inspecting the problem. Provided me with a variety of options - I chose getting it fixed with the 8 year warranty which I am happy to have done. He said he would be done in about an hour and he was. Showed me all he did, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up and left. The dooe is SO quiet now! Very happy.

They replaced the everything to do with the garage door (motor, tracks, door, springs, etc...) in less than 2 hours, the day after I ordered it, first thing in the morning when the temperature outside was 1 deg Fahrenheit! It looks and works great.

Will Abbott was able to make repairs to my garage door and helped replace my remote opener. He was very nice and polite and did an excellent job on the repairs

Javen Moore did what was needed in a small amount of time . Explained everything as he went. He did a great job

Cody did a great job of explaining the problem, the solutions, and different options that I had. When he finished the job, he demonstrated how to maintain the door in the future and re- programmed the remotes and keypad. And… he did it on a Saturday morning!
