Great experience with Precision! After another company couldn’t get out to see us for 3 days, I called Precision and they made it here within an hour. Javen was a great technician, explaining that both garage door springs had broken and that certain parts needed replaced. He was knowledgeable and honest with the quality of our door parts, and gave us the best options for repair within our budget. Javen provided great quality work, and had the garage door back up and running in under an hour. Precision will be our first call for any future garage door work!

When my garage door would not open, I got on line and scheduled an appt with Precision. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Cody saying he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Cody went to work checking out everything with my door from springs, rollers, motor, etc…He then reviewed with me everything that was wrong with my door. He then gave me several options I could use to get my door working again. Since my system was so old I chose to get a new opener and replace other parts. Cody was a true professional, respectful, and informative. I highly recommend Precision.
