Honestly, if there were 1000 Joey’s in customer service it would be a game changer. Great job on hiring this guy because his kindness and demeanor alone, he should get a raise. I also appreciated that they come prepared to change the motor. It’s working great and I hope it lasts 30 years.

When my garage door would not open, I got on line and scheduled an appt with Precision. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Cody saying he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Cody went to work checking out everything with my door from springs, rollers, motor, etc…He then reviewed with me everything that was wrong with my door. He then gave me several options I could use to get my door working again. Since my system was so old I chose to get a new opener and replace other parts. Cody was a true professional, respectful, and informative. I highly recommend Precision.
