Many kudos and five stars all around to Precision/Dayton!!!! I damaged my garage door with my car and that afternoon Adam Meier was on site getting my door up so I could get my car out. Then he put the door down so I could lock up my house. Two days later he was back to install a new door, rails, keypad, reset the door opener and hauled away all the trash. Precision/Dayton also offers a longer warranty. Plus the new door was very close to the 13 year old single garage door that I didn’t damage. Adam and Precision/Dayton did a fantastic job here. Had my garage door spring break the night before and I called Precision Garage door the next morning. They told me a Technician would be out between 12 -2 and would call me before he headed my way. To my surprise he called less than an hour later and was at my house 15 to 20 minutes after that call! They even sent me a text message with my Technicians name and picture. Jeff Hollon was very professional and repaired my garage door on less than an hour. I will recommend Precision Garage door to everyone I know who is having garage door problems!

While doing home repairs at a customers house, I accidentally bound the garage door to the point that the cables came off of the springs shaft and jammed. The customer could not get their car out of the garage and I could not continue the home repairs as a result. I called Precision in desperation. The technician "Jeff" came to repair the garage door on a Saturday afternoon. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. He completed the repair in much less time than I had expected and he also explained what and how he did so. The repair cost was also very, very reasonable. That was great news to me as I had to absorb that cost from my customers total bill since it was my error that caused the damages. This is my first time calling Precision but it won't be the last. I definitely give this service call a 5 star!

After one of the springs broke on our 60 year old garage door, Kevin replaced the old extension springs with a torsion spring system. He was competent, efficient, and pleasant and within about 90 minutes, the door was going up and down more smoothly & quietly than before.

After our spring broke with an earsplitting bang we spent several days with our car trapped in the garage. You guys were out first thing in the morning after a holiday weekend and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the repair was made and your technician was friendly and helpful about repair alternatives. I would definitely recommend you. The only bummer for me was that you had a coupon on your website and I forgot to use it!

Could not be more pleased with the excellent service. Our garage door would not open on a Saturday morning and they squeezed us in and our door was fixed by early afternoon!!! My husband is a dialysis patient so access to our car was important. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Would highly recommend them! Problem was with the springs and fortunately they were still under warranty.

Jeff was our installer, extremely polite and called an hour beforehand. He showed up on time and completed the work in short order. We had a very old opener which could not be repaired so we purchased a new system. The price seemed a little high but I believe you get what you pay for. Excellent service overall.

5 stars: Came early. Great job installing garage door system. Ver polite all business Garage door came without interior locking mechanism ( We were told that all new doors have them, which we requested at the time of our order) Also one of the panels has a dent in it. I am new to Springboro and actually went to the store thinking I could just buy a new remote. I was greeted by Heidi. She was both very friendly and suggested a technician come out to check out everything. Adam came the next day and since my garage opener is 22 yrs. old checked everything out. Have you ever backed into your garage door with your own car? I did! I was unable to leave the house, the door would not fully open or close. John (Precision's owner) came out within the hour, repaired the door and showed me my good, better, and best options (with no judgement about me hitting the door!). He repaired the door so I could leave the house and the next day I had a brand new, beautiful garage door by 11am (on a Saturday!). John helped turn my awful and frustrating situation around within 24 hours and wonderful customer service. The price was so worth the service and quality door. Thank you John & Precision!
