Great service. Tech arrived earlier than expected and was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He worked diligently and completed the job well. He fixed it faster than I had expected. He did not hesitate to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would call this company back if ever the need arose again. I would recommend this company to others also.

My garage door was getting ready to fail. I contacted Precision Garage Door via a web search and called. The phone was answered promptly and professionally. A technician was scheduled to come out the same day. Technician Will Abbott called and kept me apprised of his arrival by text and phone. He assessed the door situation and a plan was made. We scheduled for the next morning (he could have door the required service at that time but I was not prepared). He arrived promptly the next morning. Completed the replacement of parts and now the door works amazingly well. Good job Will! Will handle’s himself very professionally and courteously. His company has a great employee.

The service was done promptly and professionally and things are operating smoothly. The service call was for a door not supporting itself and the springs were diagnosed as the problem. Cost of changing springs was quoted and approved. A routine inspection of the opener would have shown a badly worn belt on a 20 year-old opener. Had this inspection occurred I might not have approved the work with the additional cost of a new opener. I did and I’m aware that the service call said nothing of the opener, but it would have been a better experience if the job had been analyzed in full before starting.
