Fast service great service man I had a lot more wrong than just a broken spring door shook when it went up and down. Now it’s very smooth going up and down. The only reason I gave them four is because I didn’t like paying a 3% using a credit card to pay the bill other than that they are five star

Of course on a Friday at 2pm our garage door spring snaps. Right before a blizzard also. My wife started calling around and was very surprised at how rude and unhelpful several other door repair companies were. When she called Precision they were absolutely friendly and said they would have someone out with the next 2 hours or so. Javen arrived shortly after. Friendly and professional and did a great job repairing and even upgrading some things on our door. Repairs and upgrades were made quickly and the door works better then it did when it was new. The customer service here went a very long way. The fact its quality work and professional employees just seals the deal. Highly recommended and will definitely return for future services. Thank you Javen l, our great dane likes you. And hes very picky.
