My technician, Cody S., was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully evaluate my garage door, explain his findings, and walk me through his recommendations along with the reasoning behind each one. He presented several repair options, ranging from a complete overhaul to simply replacing the broken spring, which was the original reason for my service call. At no point did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive option. He simply explained the pros and cons of each approach and let me decide what was best for my situation.
