Our garage door had stopped working and we set up our appointment online. We had a technician out the next morning. Cody was the initial technician that we dealt with. He was very thorough diagnosing the problem. After discussing the issues with our door, Cody was very helpful in picking out a new door and opener. Clayton was our technician installing the new door and opener. He was joined by Garrett to finish up the installation. They were both great and went above and beyond to make sure the door was operating properly and that I was happy with the work they had done. Great company with great employees.

Alex was very knowledgeable on the multiple mechanics of my garage door. He allowed me to ask a lot of questions on the best way to repair my 40 year old garage door. He worked quickly to make all the repair’s, and got it working great!

I have used Percision before at a rental property. This time for my home door. I kept hearing this sound when the door went up and down. I thought it needed a new spring. The service tech came out and saw a crack in one of the panels. He was able to put a brace bar across that section. He said if that had continued it would have at some point collasped and if so it would have done damage to the cars. They have truly lived up to their name. If you need service -call them first. You won't be disappointed!

Chris and Clayton were professional, on time, and courteous. They did great work. Cleaned up and left no mess left behind.
