    The spring for our garage door broke one evening and Precision was able to get someone out the next morning to take a look. Josh was super helpful and gave me multiple options. I ended up opting to have the whole door replaced, as there were other issues as well, and they did it same day! Clayton came out with a team a couple hours later and had it replaced in no time. Overall, the whole experience was great. Everyone communicated very well and was very professional. It was a little pricier than I expected, but I would still recommend Precision to a friend or co-worker.

    The technician was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He arrived at our house within only an hour or so of my text request for service which was awesome. I think for the amount of time he was here and what little work was done (adjusting the sensors) the price of $189 was a little steep. All in all though it was a positive experience and I would definitely call Precision again when work is needed.
