technican arrived 1/2 hour late from the time he gave when he called. Then did not have the correct number of springs although when appointment made I said 4 were needed. Left to get another spring and didn't come back. Now says it will be another 2 hours before he can come back - total of 5+ hours?????? Manager won't take my call.

PRECISION WAS VERY FRIENDLY OVER THE PHONE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ALSO NOTIFIED ME A HALF HOUR BEFORE COMING WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED. THE QUOTE GIVEN TO ME WAS CLEAR AND PRECISE (NO PUN INTENDED). HOPEFULLY I DO NOT HAVE TO WORK WITH PRECISION IN THE FUTURE BUT IF I DO, OR IF REFERALS ARE NEEDED, I WOULD BE GLAD TO CHOOSE THEM AGAIN. THANKS!

These guys came over , and without explaining anything or getting consent. Replaced a part and wanted to charge 995$. When we asked about the price of the part they refused to provide transparency . When we contacted their office they simply said the part doesn’t cost as much but its hard to find. Unprofessional . Not transparent and opportunistic with predatory policies . Would not use them again .

The motor to my garage door opener stopped working, so after looking at reviews online I decided to contact Precision. I am SO glad I did. During this year I have purchased a new garage door opener, had my garage door serviced and repaired, and finally today had a new garage door installed. We were fortunate to be able to have Julian for all three of these services. Julian is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly too. He explains everything and answers any question I asked. My door was supposed to be up by the end of the month. Now they are quoting mid december. Thats 5 months and counting. A company like this should not take your money if they can not guarantee service in a timely manner.

Put a down payment on a neew garage door on May 7, 2021 and still no door yet. I was told 4-6 weeks and it has been almost 3 months. No communication for the delay and no updates. Very discouraging. Others may want to check out other vendors and I'm just about to give up on this one.
