I recently had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Door. The installation was done very professionally by their technician Ed Cudia. He was very helpful in explaining in detail all the different models of openers that were available and helped me pick the best one for my application. Overall, an excellent experience working with Ed and Precidion Garage Door. Quality work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Precision exceeded all of my expectations! The spring snapped on a Sunday in the door rendering it unusable. Precision was able to come out first thing on a Monday morning. Extremely pleased with the garage door we had installed. We cannot say enough about Javon! He's extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and attentive with his work. I had a spring snap on my garage door. Precision Garage Door Service sent out to me Brad Buettner and Gabriel Norton came out to impact my issue. Turns out my door was worse off than I ever figured. It was determined that my only option was to install a new door. Sean Moore came out and installed my new door. He did a wonderful job and my wife and I are very happy with the new door.

My door and motor were 21 years old. The motor was failing. Precision had received high ratings on a neighborhood website so I called them. The techs came, surveyed, and gave me two estimates. One was replace the motor with a one year warranty the the other was replace motor and all hardware with a 10 year warranty. Both both estimates saved my current door. I chose the 10 year warranty job because I assume the price was reasonable and I was tired of tinkering. The new door was up and operating in three hours. Three weeks later, the door was making a screeching noise. I called Saturday and the tech was there Tuesday. It was an install problem. He had it fixed withing 30 minutes. I hope this is the last I see of them, however, there is a 10 year warranty.

I had watched a few commercials and had seen their trucks around and thought I would give them a try. My call was returned in less than an hour after I left a message, and they scheduled me in for the next morning. I received a text, that morning, that the technician was on his way along with all his information, a picture of him and a brief history. Javon was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patience and explained all that Precision had to offer. I was quoted the price it would cost, how long it would take for the job to be completed and everything that would be done. You can't find a better professional company than Precision and Javon is a remarkable, outstanding and a very hardworking young technician. My work was performed back in early January 2024, and I can tell you I'm still extremely pleased with my new door and my decision to go with Precision. What an amazing team!
