I called Precision Garage on Monday, March 02 because my garage door would not open. I told them I wasn't going to leave the house for a couple of days, so there was no emergency. Instead, they had Matt come out a couple of hours later that same day. Matt both told and showed me what was wrong. He installed my new garage door opener, cable and rollers. He also set my keypad. Matt was polite professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his explanation and illustration of what was wrong and how he would fix it. All costs were conveyed to me prior to any work performed. I appreciated his honesty and positive demeanor. I would both use and recommend them for any future needs. Everyone I dealt with from calling to report the issue, to the repair of the garage was a pleasure to work with.
