Had a great experience, our technician (apologies, forgetting his name at the moment) was fantastic, knowledgeable and wasn't trying to be pushy. Felt like he just genuinely wanted to help figure out our garage door issue. Would recommend!

I had just gotten home after a trying weekend just to realize my garage door had gotten stuck inches away from being closed. In a bit of an exasperated panic, I called the first company that was listed as open --- which happened to be Precision. Reception was quick to answer and, to my surprise, asked if I could was available for an inspection in the next couple hours. An hour or so later, someone showed up and took a look. A few minutes later, he identified the issue and fixed it, noting the flawed installation (from a different company/previous owner) and what Precision could do to improve it. With that he took his leave for the day, no charge for the initial fix. The next day, after a chat with the wife, we decided to go forward with the suggested improvements. Once again, it was scheduled and completed same day. I don't know much about garage door openers or their pricing, but I'm really happy with the results. The door is now properly braced and not bending; I can barely hear it opening/closing (but can be alerted thanks to the associated app); the safety laser sights that were previously placed way too high now actually detect cars/people in the way. When the time comes, I'll definitely come back to them for our other garage door.

Colton did a fantastic job. The garage door opener works great. Because of Colton I plan on calling your company next year to install two garage doors and lift master openers. Thanks again.
