I used another company in the past and had much worse results. No fee for coming out. Not high pressure. Knowledgeable, I was very impressed. They are the folks I'll call next time.

I called Precision Garage on Monday, March 02 because my garage door would not open. I told them I wasn't going to leave the house for a couple of days, so there was no emergency. Instead, they had Matt come out a couple of hours later that same day. Matt both told and showed me what was wrong. He installed my new garage door opener, cable and rollers. He also set my keypad. Matt was polite professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his explanation and illustration of what was wrong and how he would fix it. All costs were conveyed to me prior to any work performed. I appreciated his honesty and positive demeanor. I would both use and recommend them for any future needs. Everyone I dealt with from calling to report the issue, to the repair of the garage was a pleasure to work with.

I finally got my garage door and the owner gave me a little discount, it was a great experience. Go here if you need garage door fixed or replaced.

Good service however they are a little higher in price. They do get the job done!
