Amazingly quick service. Had our torsion spring break and I called and received same day service. Justin was prompt, friendly and very efficient. Barely took an hour to replace both springs. Would definitely recommend

Recently I was attempting a service on my doors that I likely should have not... things took a turn for the worse and I ended up looking for some help on a Sunday afternoon. When I contacted Deb at Precision Door she was delightful on the phone which is not always the case on a Sunday afternoon with many company's. I set it up to have the Technicians come out the next day, they arrived near the end of their day and they were wonderfully happy to help and joke around with me after hearing the story of my near death experience LOL. Spent the time to make sure the door worked PERFECTLY and even helped me know what to watch for in the future. Thanks so much for making a bad situation a pleasant experience. Back to my first contact with Deb, if I would not had such a great interaction with her on the phone I would have normally just moved on to the next number on the list of many available, it was her demeanor that assured me I called the right place ;-)

One of the rollers in my garage door track broke off. I immediately called Precision Garage Door Service of Omaha, but since it was 4:30 PM, I thought I might get an answering machine. Not only did they answer my call, but I was informed a technician could come out between 5 and 7 PM the same day to give me a free estimate. Justin punctually arrived, inspected the garage door, and pointed out an issue I hadn't been aware of. He showed me how one of the tracks was slightly twisted and suggested that the wheel might have broken off because of the strain. He made a repair suggestion, informed me of his company's warranty policy, and gave me a price for the work. Before leaving that night, Justin offered to assist me in getting my car out of the garage so we wouldn't be stranded without transportation. The next morning, Justin and Ricky arrived promptly as promised. The repair was completed in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend this business.
