Randy from Precision Garage Doors come out after my insurance agent totaled my garage doors due to a hail storm, and Randy was so helpful! He helped me pick out quality R-9 doors with lifetime springs to replace my existing doors. He helped me pick out style and color. Just over two weeks later my doors arrived and were installed, right on time. Randy worked with my insurance company and me to ensure reimbursement. I was again impressed with the quality and service from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I had a great experience dealing with Precision. We had a garage dor spring break on us. When I called Deb was polite and courteous. She didn't have anyone available right away, however, a technician was at our door bright and early. Our technicians name is Ric Gelvin. Ric was friendly and respectful. He was good at what he did and had the spring replaced quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone! Great job!

We called to get a quote for a motor and possibly a door and they got us in the same day, Ricky called when he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable and quoted us several different ways we could go. He showed us digitally how the garage door would look like on our house. He took his time and got us exactly what we wanted. We cannot wait for our new motor and garage door to be installed

Debra Ross was very nice and had good communication with me when booking a service. During some high volume times and the needing to rebook services, she was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and I was able to be flexible in rebooking. Matt was my technician. He was very quick and efficient in fixing my garage door. He also looked at other potential problems on my door- very informative on what needed to be done and pricing. Another bonus with Matt... he was so kind to my tiny human. You can really tell he enjoys his job and loves to see happy families.

Looked at several different companies and selected Precission Garage door for my replacement. It was the right choice as Colton and team did an awesome job helping select my door and getting it installed. He even replaced the broken spring on my previous door before new one I ordered arrived.
