The speed of service was great. The technician Justin Matson came out in under two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set up an appointment to come out and fix it the following day. He was done in under an hour. Very competent, easy going demeanor, highly recommend this company and this technician.

It was a Saturday and I was having trouble with my garage opener communicating with the door. It would not open or close, after speaking with the Chamberlain help line. It seemed as though part of the garage opener was broken, and a new part was to being sent to me, but I wanted to get it fixed asap, so I called Precision Door. Debbie, the manager, was honest with me and said there was nothing they can really do until the part came and didn't want to have me charge a service fee. She gave me her phone number and was helpful with troubleshooting, initially, as well. I really appreciate the help, especially on a Saturday. Thanks!

We had the torsion springs go out on a 16ft garage door late morning, called Precision late afternoon, and a new heavy duty torsion spring installed before sun down. The lady I spoke with at the company was very friendly and helpful, and got us lined up for service very quickly. Eliseo was the technician who arrived on time, was also very friendly and professional. He explained all the options, and did great work! We couldn't be happier!

I had just gotten home after a trying weekend just to realize my garage door had gotten stuck inches away from being closed. In a bit of an exasperated panic, I called the first company that was listed as open --- which happened to be Precision. Reception was quick to answer and, to my surprise, asked if I could was available for an inspection in the next couple hours. An hour or so later, someone showed up and took a look. A few minutes later, he identified the issue and fixed it, noting the flawed installation (from a different company/previous owner) and what Precision could do to improve it. With that he took his leave for the day, no charge for the initial fix. The next day, after a chat with the wife, we decided to go forward with the suggested improvements. Once again, it was scheduled and completed same day. I don't know much about garage door openers or their pricing, but I'm really happy with the results. The door is now properly braced and not bending; I can barely hear it opening/closing (but can be alerted thanks to the associated app); the safety laser sights that were previously placed way too high now actually detect cars/people in the way. When the time comes, I'll definitely come back to them for our other garage door.
