On a Friday evening, my garage experienced a malfunction. Consequently, we were scheduled to depart the following day for an out-of-town weekend getaway. Fortunately, a repair technician arrived promptly within an hour and completed the necessary repairs within approximately 45 minutes. The technician demonstrated professionalism throughout the process and thoroughly explored all available options. Additionally, he provided comprehensive guidance on maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of my garage door.

Ricky did a great job installing a new spring. Was a bit surprised it cost $900 fora single spring for a single garage door. I did check and the price is more than double what other companies charge. Not sure the parts are that much better. I should have gotten multiple estimates. That’s on me.
