Ricky did a great job installing a new spring. Was a bit surprised it cost $900 fora single spring for a single garage door. I did check and the price is more than double what other companies charge. Not sure the parts are that much better. I should have gotten multiple estimates. That’s on me.

Recently I was attempting a service on my doors that I likely should have not... things took a turn for the worse and I ended up looking for some help on a Sunday afternoon. When I contacted Deb at Precision Door she was delightful on the phone which is not always the case on a Sunday afternoon with many company's. I set it up to have the Technicians come out the next day, they arrived near the end of their day and they were wonderfully happy to help and joke around with me after hearing the story of my near death experience LOL. Spent the time to make sure the door worked PERFECTLY and even helped me know what to watch for in the future. Thanks so much for making a bad situation a pleasant experience. Back to my first contact with Deb, if I would not had such a great interaction with her on the phone I would have normally just moved on to the next number on the list of many available, it was her demeanor that assured me I called the right place ;-)

Justin came out on a weekday after 6PM. Replaced the motor and springs to fix the issues I was having. He was efficient, polite and answered every question I had. I was extremely satisfied with the service!

Justin came out at 8:45pm this evening and answered all my questions. Checked our door out and gave us a solution. Thank you! Definitely recommend.
