They were onsite less than 2 hours after scheduling the appointment, and while my fix ended up being an easy one (mostly user error), James was kind enough to offer a glance at both garage doors to ensure everything was greased and in safe, working condition. He even took the time to replace a fraying cable, and bolt that had eroded almost 2/3 of the way down and could have been dangerous, had it completely broken off the unit. James was professional, educational on what I needed to watch for and look at replacing eventually, and his customer service was above and beyond! When I need a garage repair or replacement service in the future, I will be calling Precision! Thank you James!

Justin was great, very efficient and polite. He was able to come out Saturday afternoon, identified the issue right away and it was fixed in less than an hour.

I had just gotten home after a trying weekend just to realize my garage door had gotten stuck inches away from being closed. In a bit of an exasperated panic, I called the first company that was listed as open --- which happened to be Precision. Reception was quick to answer and, to my surprise, asked if I could was available for an inspection in the next couple hours. An hour or so later, someone showed up and took a look. A few minutes later, he identified the issue and fixed it, noting the flawed installation (from a different company/previous owner) and what Precision could do to improve it. With that he took his leave for the day, no charge for the initial fix. The next day, after a chat with the wife, we decided to go forward with the suggested improvements. Once again, it was scheduled and completed same day. I don't know much about garage door openers or their pricing, but I'm really happy with the results. The door is now properly braced and not bending; I can barely hear it opening/closing (but can be alerted thanks to the associated app); the safety laser sights that were previously placed way too high now actually detect cars/people in the way. When the time comes, I'll definitely come back to them for our other garage door.

Ricky came out to look at our issues and was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that Precision sent out a full technician who could diagnose and repair the problem, rather than sales staff.
