Precision garage door was very responsive to our need. The technician was efficient and very helpful explaining what was wrong and our options. He worked in very cold conditions to complete the job.

I called Sunday hoping to schedule something for during the week but they had availability that same day which there was also bad weather and they still came out. They gave us an honest professional opinion and guided us to the best option for our needs. They were able to schedule for a new garage door install the next day finishing in a timely manner. My garage door was recently on the fritz, and I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service and was quick to get an appointment for them to come out and assess what was wrong with the door. It's old, so I figured we were on the route of getting a whole new door and parts, but Colton came out and determined I would need a new one, but was so helpful to fix it as best as he could until the new installation. Again, it was a very quick turnaround for them to come back out. Colton and James came out and quickly got the new door up and running.
