The technician demonstrated professionalism throughout the process and thoroughly explored all available options. Additionally, he provided comprehensive guidance on maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of my garage door.

We called to get a quote for a motor and possibly a door and they got us in the same day, Ricky called when he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable and quoted us several different ways we could go. He showed us digitally how the garage door would look like on our house. He took his time and got us exactly what we wanted. We cannot wait for our new motor and garage door to be installed

Debra Ross was very nice and had good communication with me when booking a service. During some high volume times and the needing to rebook services, she was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and I was able to be flexible in rebooking. Matt was my technician. He was very quick and efficient in fixing my garage door. He also looked at other potential problems on my door- very informative on what needed to be done and pricing. Another bonus with Matt... he was so kind to my tiny human. You can really tell he enjoys his job and loves to see happy families.

I will always call Precision for my garage door repairs! This is my 3rd time because I have an old garage door. This time I called at 6 pm and Justin was at my house by 8:30 the same night.
