    The speed of service was great. The technician Justin Matson came out in under two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set up an appointment to come out and fix it the following day. He was done in under an hour. Very competent, easy going demeanor, highly recommend this company and this technician.

    Garage door was stuck in an Open position and it looked like one of the door hinges had cracked in half, called and they were able to get an appointment for the afternoon. Colton showed up found the cause to be the hinge as well as a wire had come off on one side. Repairs were quick and the door works great. Thanks for a fast response and quality work.

    They were onsite less than 2 hours after scheduling the appointment, and while my fix ended up being an easy one (mostly user error), James was kind enough to offer a glance at both garage doors to ensure everything was greased and in safe, working condition. He even took the time to replace a fraying cable, and bolt that had eroded almost 2/3 of the way down and could have been dangerous, had it completely broken off the unit. James was professional, educational on what I needed to watch for and look at replacing eventually, and his customer service was above and beyond! When I need a garage repair or replacement service in the future, I will be calling Precision! Thank you James!
