Precision Garage Door Service Of Bellevue

Recently I was attempting a service on my doors that I likely should have not... things took a turn for the worse and I ended up looking for some help on a Sunday afternoon. When I contacted Deb at Precision Door she was delightful on the phone which is not always the case on a Sunday afternoon with many company's. I set it up to have the Technicians come out the next day, they arrived near the end of their day and they were wonderfully happy to help and joke around with me after hearing the story of my near death experience LOL. Spent the time to make sure the door worked PERFECTLY and even helped me know what to watch for in the future. Thanks so much for making a bad situation a pleasant experience. Back to my first contact with Deb, if I would not had such a great interaction with her on the phone I would have normally just moved on to the next number on the list of many available, it was her demeanor that assured me I called the right place ;-)

On a Sunday when many businesses are closed, Precision Garage Door is open. Within 2 1/2 hours of my phone call, Justin arrived. He identified the problem and was prepared to fix the issue. Within an hour Justin was done. Justin was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right and as soon as possible. You can't do any better than that! Looked at several different companies and selected Precission Garage door for my replacement. It was the right choice as Colton and team did an awesome job helping select my door and getting it installed. He even replaced the broken spring on my previous door before new one I ordered arrived. It was a great experience from start to the completion.

I had a great experience dealing with Precision. We had a garage dor spring break on us. When I called Deb was polite and courteous. She didn't have anyone available right away, however, a technician was at our door bright and early. Our technicians name is Ric Gelvin. Ric was friendly and respectful. He was good at what he did and had the spring replaced quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone! Great job!
