Arrived home at 5:30 p.m. to find a broken spring on the garage door, no way to open the door, and a car that was needed the following morning. Called Precision to leave a message to get me on the schedule the following day. Was surprised when a very friendly and professional lady answered the phone and said "we can take care of that this evening." Thirty minutes later Eric showed up, explained everything and shared options for repairing the door. Was so impressed with the service, decided to buy a whole new door. This is what customer service looks like!

Overpriced....and when people are desperate and the car is inside the garage we get shafted for the cost. A $200.00 opener becomes $500.00 when you see a mom trying to get to school to pick up her kids and the car is trapped inside the garage. I feel taken advantage of and would never recommend this company again.

I received very fast service after calling Precision about my broken garage door. I saw that their reviews were very high and quality was also important to me. The first man out, Arnold T, replaced my broken spring and when I told him I was interested in a whole new door and opening system, he explained everything clearly. That was on a Friday. James came out Monday and did a great install. It’s much better quality than what I had! It’s amazingly quiet! Love it! Thank you Precision!

We've been in our house for almost three years and the double-door screw drive opener has been ridiculously loud the entire time. Rick came in and offered to install a belt drive opener on the spot, noting that the door itself was of high quality and all other equipment was in good shape. An hour later and we were extremely happy with our new belt drive opener, safety sensors, and all remotes. He even lubricated the door joints to minimize squeaks everywhere. He ran us through the basics, programmed the code and openers, and we were rockin. The wife was extremely pleased at how quiet the garage door is now. Thanks!

Great, courteous service. Of course couldn't get problem to replicate while technician was here, but as soon as he left door did it again. I called and he immediately came back without hesitation. Arnold T. arrived early for appointment, assessed the situation (broken spring, loose cables and crooked jammed door). and provided estimate. He was very professional and thorough in his repair. His knowledge and experience were evident as he completed repairs in a minimal amount of time. All parts necessary were available with him. Will definitely call and ask for him if I need help again. We called Precision on a Saturday morning to come out to work on our broken garage door. Ric came out approximately 2 hours later (at the scheduled time) and immediately got to work. As a career education teacher who works with students in our internship program, it was a great pleasure for me to watch Ric work. Very professional and went out of his way to do a lot of extras while he was here. He fixed the door, replaced the rollers and reattached/retired my garage door sensors all in about an hour. Needless to say, I would recommend Precision to anyone who asks!

When looking for someone to fix my broken garage door spring, I found 3 possible companies listed on the BBB website, and your company was one of them. Once the technician arrived, after receiving the quote, I thought the price was a bit excessive. He quoted us $99 for the service call and $250 per spring, as I wanted both springs replaced since they were installed at the same time in the past. My wife got a quote from Overhead Door that was $249 total, including both springs. I asked your technician if your company would match Overhead Door's price, and after consulting with the office, the technician say "yes". He replaced both springs and reset my garage door opener settings. He did an excellent job! I will keep your company in mind for any future garage door work. Charles Henri
