I contacted Precision because my garage door remote (in two doors) and keypad stopped working. They replaced one opener (at a discounted rate) but could not get the other one to work. The owner called me and said she wanted to make things right and make sure I am happy. She then sent Rick out and I’m so glad she did. He is awesome! He installed a light that allowed my other door to connect to wifi so now I can operate it from my phone. He also checked on the opener that wasn’t working and found wasps! He sprayed them and got to work. After 20 mins or so, he had that one working too. He made sure all keypads, remotes, lights, and openers on the walls worked (on all 3 doors) before he left. Precision truly does care about their customers. Once a customer, they work to keep you for life! I am super happy and will be back if I ever need them again! ~Annie

My garage door opener stopped working due to a broken spring. The opener was 13 years old so I need that replaced as well. Justin came to my house the same afternoon and had everything done in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I am very happy with the results.
