Greg came out and took the time to explain the various components of the door and opener and how they all functioned together. He then did a thorough inspection and provided us with expert advice and installation of a new spring. We were so impressed with Greg, his knowledge, and service. One of the springs on our garage door snapped into and my car was trapped inside! When searching for someone to repair it, I noticed that Precision Garage Door Service offered a military discount. They sent a fantastic young man, Evan, to repair it. He was very nice and friendly. He explained everything he needed to do as well as the maintenance I should do in the future Now my garage door is so quite compared to before as the rollers needed to be replaced as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I was pleased with tech service, however , when I called the company about the FSED charge. They hung up on me. I just wanted to know what that charge. My service call fee of $95 was waived because I opted to have service done. I did not understand the added charge. My total should have been $21.31 less. I just wanted an explanation.

Your tech called me as he said and he arrived on time. I waited for him and told him to move anything that was in his way. The tech started work and was done in about two hours. He explained how the new door worked. Any thing moved was moved backed. I paid him and he left shortly. Every thing was perfect. I was very happy with the entire job. I am sorry I took so long to have the garage ready for the installation. complete new garage door system installed. The whole job was done in a very professional manner.

The service I received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was first rate from the call to the service center to the installation of the new torsion springs. The technician, Greg, was right on time and noted it may be best to replace my old springs with new torsion springs. He had all the parts on his service vehicle and installed the new springs on both doors. He was organized, professional, respectful of my garage floor and finished the job in several hours. He also identified and replaced a door hinge that was about to break. The doors now open smoothly and quietly. I am very pleased with the service provided by Greg and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Precision Garage door was able to come to my home to repair a broken spring the day it broke! Grateful for that. The customer service phone people (both times I called) were very helpful and customer service centric. They also took the time to verify my info, and verify the time my tech would arrive. Devon, our service tech, assessed the situation, gave me a full detail of the cost, and then got all the work done in approx 30 minutes! He explained the mechanics behind what he was doing - while not making me feel stupid. He was friendly and conversational.
